This book collects the proceedings of a NATO Advanced Study Institute that took place in 2017.
The main part comprises 17 full-length chapters that are write-ups of the lectures delivered at the summer school. These chapters provide excellent, authoritative introductions to a variety of topics within the field of quantum nanophotonics at a level suitable for graduate students. The final quarter of the book contains 38 shorter contributions from seminar speakers and poster presenters, which give summaries of a broader range of topics and extend the literature coverage.
The book will be useful to graduate students entering the field of quantum nanophotonics, as well as to those already working there but wanting to deepen their understanding or broaden their interests.
