[Identified] Due to an update to personnel systems on Friday 3 August, it has been identified that some staff have lost access to various buildings on the UCard system. This affects access to buildings using the online Salto card readers. (For a description of the readers visit: http://www.bristol.ac.uk/securityservices/access-control/ucard-reader.html) Unfortunately, we are unable to recover access for the affected staff remotely. Therefore staff affected will need to take their card to Card Services at the Security Lodge in Royal Fort Gardens, Tyndall Avenue to be updated. Communications will be sent out to those affected by this. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

[Resolved] This has now been resolved and normal Ucard access resumed
