A few changes...

2016.  Wow.  It is almost unbelievable to me that two years have passed since I came to OCCJ.  It has been great fun and such an honor to work with each of you and our amazing staff.  I want to say a big THANK YOU to Russ Florence for his service as our board president over the past two years.  Also to our great Executive Committee for their work.  We are really enthusiastic about Shane Fernandez as our new board president for the next two years, and we are excited about plans for this year, including more programming outside Tulsa and a move to St. Crispin's for Camp Anytown.

With this new year comes a slight change to our newsletter. Beginning March 1st, The OCCJ Journal will be published the 1st of every other month. We hope this consistency will give you the chance to be aware of all of the updates, upcoming events, and programs OCCJ has to offer.  Additionally, we will feature more information about our school-based programs. We want our readers to see how OCCJ is already impacting Oklahoma schools and benefiting our children.

2016 will be a big year for OCCJ and we intend to serve our community in a big way. Only through your support are we able to make that impact. Partner with us now. Join us in standing against bias, bigotry and racism in the pursuit of a community built on justice for all.

-Jayme Cox
OCCJ President/CEO
