Staff go above and beyond m

Staff are very knowledgeable. I was worried that the Jet 3 we ordered wouldn’t be dispatched by the time we go on holiday. I could tell Chern knew her prams incredibly well by the ones she suggested as a back up choice. In the end she managed to ship our original choice next day. Thank you so much Chern for understanding the stresses mums face when going on holiday with a baby the first time!

Faultless service.

We were desperate to get our 2 year old grandson a replacement car seat ASAP due to a reported manufacturers defect on ours. Kiddies Kingdom has a wide range of child car seats for sale on their site to suit every application. We opted for the Joie Every Stage FX -0+/1/2/3 Car Seat which has rear facing positions for extra protection. The price was competitive, ordering on line was easy plus we had a free next day delivery that was delivered before noon by dpd. Faultless service. Would highly recommend

Great quality at an affordable price!

Great quality branded items at affordable prices. Really happy with the i-Spin 360 and the Moss colour available only with Kiddies Kindgom meant it was a no brainer to make our purchase with them.
Speedy delivery too - we ordered Saturday night, item was dispatched Monday & arrived Tuesday.

Really love our red kite travel cot

Really love our red kite travel cot! It was so cheap I thought I’d got scammed until I got the tracking number through! It’s amazing quality and really good delivery time! I needed it for the 2nd May and ordered it last minute so emailed customer services and they fast tracked it for me. Amazing customer service and kept me updated the whole way through I will definitely be using this site again! Thank you!

Fantastic service I ordered a baby bouncer for my granddaughter as a gift. On Friday was sent text messages telling me about it's journey and received it on Saturday very impressed with this company and have told many people about it

Do not use this company shocking…

Do not use this company shocking customer service and don't deliver products on the date they say it will be delivered even after saying it was guaranteed to be there still nothing. When asked about money off was denied as said can't do this on pre orders

Dani dryer rose gold marble travel set

We ordered the danii duer rose gold marble travel set in beginning of feb they was changing the delivery day all the time end of March to 3rd April to 9th/10th April to then end of April to 10th may eventually end of may. to then when I put a complaint email we got offered a replacement pram which was delivered next day after finally speaking to someone who helped massively. to be honest i think it’s highly unlikely it will be back in stock for some time.

Easy and fast!

Site was easy to use, got a discount, plus cheapest I could find (branded product) delivery was ridiculously fast, much faster than I would have expected!

Sent the wrong pram

Sent the wrong pram. How hard can it be? We had a holiday booked and they could not get the right pram delivered in time. Their 'showing they care' was picking up the wrong pram and delivering the correct one. That's the baseline of what's needed, no care or empathy at all. We had to then rent a pram on holiday due to this mess and they were not willing to provide any compensation towards that or a discount to the pram that was originally purchased.

DPD also failed to collect the pram every day, claiming that they came but the parcel wasn't ready. This is completely false.

Yet again this company has been a total…

Yet again this company has been a total fiasco when it comes to Customer Service. I returned a car seat over 5 weeks ago to them - because they could not fulfil the whole original order I made with them. I have heard nothing form them and still not received my refund. So am yet again chase chase chasing them to try and find out where my refund is. Totally unacceptable. If there was an option of zero starts I'd be giving it.

Fast delivery and a good price

No complaints! We ordered a car seat online, which was delivered the next day as promised. The price was good and the ordering and delivery all straightforward. I can't comment on after sale care as we haven't needed it and hopefully never will, but so far as ordering and delivery are concerned I am very satisfied.

Stroller I do not recommend these scammers

I do not recommend these scammers. I've been waiting for the stroller for 3 weeks. and on the website they keep writing that delivery takes 5-10 days, initially 2-4 days, so where the hell is my stroller? I will never buy anything from you again

Happy mum. Quick, efficient response

I’ve ordered a compact stroller for my holiday in 10 days, I then received an email to say that they were awaiting stock, I started to stressing a little thinking that I wouldn’t have received the stroller on time.
I called and got through to customer service and explained that I needed to change my order to something they had in stock to get it by the end of the week, I wasn’t expecting to receive my order on my door step then the following day!!

The stroller I decided to get as a replacement was slightly cheaper and as soon as I received the parcel, I’ve got a notification of the refund. It was all done very quickly and I’m very happy with my customer service experience. I feel ready and organised for our holiday soon. Thank you!

Highly recommended for online purchases

Purchased next car seat online on a Thursday afternoon, was supposed to be next working day delivery so expected it on Mondayas we had missed the cut off time for that day. It arrived earlier, on the Saturday!

Superstar delivery driver

Next day delivery really good. They notified me of the time of delivery by text message and email and what would happen if I wasn't in at that time (which I wasn't)
The driver redelivered it later on that day because the Coop would not take the parcels because they were too big. He went out of his way to do this so a big thank you to him.

Fantastic selection of products.

Fantastic selection of products at really competitive prices. The item I ordered was delivered very quickly (next day, actually). Well packaged with not much extra packaging, which ina time where everyone is more environmentally aware is fantastic. I will wholeheartedly shop here again.
