Towards the end of 2019, rumours started spreading that Kubota UK were planning a special event for all of their franchised dealers at their HQ in Thame, Oxford. The rumours were proven true when at the beginning of 2020 Kubota announced that they were to host an entire week-long dealer conference, focusing specifically on aftersales departments in their dealerships, and how these dealerships can increase and improve aftersales activities to help maximise turnover.
Along with a series of talks and discussions from Kubota staff, the hosts also invited along 15 specially selected suppliers to the trade, whom they believe could help benefit their franchised dealers. Catalyst were delighted to be amongst the suppliers invited to what promised to be an exciting and beneficial week for all involved.
The team set off in the early hours of Monday morning to set up the stand ready for when the dealers started arriving later on in the day, and by midmorning the Catalyst stand was prepped and ready to go!
