A federal judge ruled the Navajo Nation’s lawsuit against Urban Outfitters can continue.The tribe sued he retailer in 2012 to keep them from using the Navajo name or variations of it one their products.Court documents show Urban Outfitters challenged the tribe’s arguments, saying the Navajo Nation cannot show injury. But the court ruled that’s not the case, and the tribe can continue its lawsuit.
