To create this reusable garland, you'll need:
- Fabric scraps in harvest hues (pick up inexpensive "fat quarters," or quarter yards of material used for quilting, at any fabric store)
- Fusible interfacing
- An embroidery needle
- Floss
- An iron
- Scissors
Directions: Sandwich interfacing between two matching fabric squares, and iron — this will give the leaves some stiffness. Snip out as many shapes as you plan to display. With the needle, thread the floss through the stem of each leaf; hang.
