Tinware Direct are efficient and helpful and basically a pleasure to deal with. On the one occassion I ordered a faulty product - thru no fault of their own - Tinware Direct replaced it that very same day without any question or hesitation whatsoever. I would recommend them to anyone needing packaging or any of their products. A very good company indeed.

Good quality tins for balms and creams etc. Weill packaged with cardboard layered between each 20 tins so no damage to any tin. Ordered late Thursday and delivered on Saturday with good tracking and delivery notifications.
Will definitely use them again.

Great quality product and happy with product prices, but there's only an option for express delivery which is almost £8 - adding a lot to unit price. As a small business that cannot afford the free postage basket spend, it's definitely a deterrent to ordering.
I'd happily take an alternative slower delivery if available as I generally have to move the delivery day back to one when I'm available anyway, making the express service pointless.
