Here is a short overview of how Weekdone onboarding works. The active trial process takes about 2 weeks but afterwards, you’ll still get all the support from us that you need.

#1 Understanding your needs

When you sign up to and invite your first team members, one of our customer success managers will contact you to better understand what got you interested in Weekdone and how we can help your team adopt the product as efficiently as possible.

Our entire training program will be customized based on your needs.

#2 Learning the product

To ensure your success we offer both product demos and OKR trainings at no extra cost to your company. Based on your needs, this may be a demo for your leadership or a specialized training session with your employees. Either way, the end result will be that your employees can use Weekdone.

#3 Setting your first OKRs in Weekdone

As the next step, you (or your OKR champion) will come up with the Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) for your company. Our customer success manager will review them with you and make sure you’ve set them properly.

After that, you’ll be ready to start using Weekdone.

#4 The check in

After you’ve used the product for a month, we’ll review your progress over a call and see if anything could be improved or changed.

In addition to this basic training, our specialists are available every day to answer any questions that come up. If you need help with anything, you can always contact our customer success team.
