There are so many languages I would love to learn. If it were possible, I'd learn them all! My top choice would probably be Italian though.
In order to enhance my understanding of judaism. And because it enriches the understanding of the old testament so much, I tried to leatn hebrew and I want to be more fluently therein. In Jesaja I discovered at a given point, the hebrew is more straight forward. At another point it has room for interpretation, and the most common in bible translations is only one way to read it.
Hi Lauren,
Italian is a beautiful language! I love how expressive the language melody is. You should give it a try with ItalianPod101.com at some point!

Latin or Old English, but those don't seem to be options so let's just go with Italian lol. Latin and Old English seem like they'd be fun additions to my fantasy writing, while Italian would let me understand more Nanowar songs. It's not exactly something I've thought about though, since I'm still pretty new to Greek...
Hi everyone,
Thank you for your interesting answers!
@Jim Talbott, some people compare European and Brazilian Portuguese to American and British English. While there are some differences between the two, learning one or the other would help you get by in either country.
Kind regards,

After Greece, Spain and Italy are my favourite places to visit and possibly/hopefully retire.
German
Latin
Spanish would be very useful.
