Harshad K. Barot is vice president and financial adviser of Galaxy Group Corp., a family hospitality business. He had served on Virginia Beach’s Minority Business Council, and is a board member of Virginia Beach Vision, a Portsmouth-Suffolk board member for TowneBank and board member for Green Run Collegiate Foundation. He is part of the Windsdays Warriors group to bring awareness of offshore wind and plans to join the board of Virginia Center for Inclusive Communities this fall.

Patrick Duhaney

Patrick Duhaney joined the city of Virginia Beach as city manager in July 2020. In his two years at the helm of Virginia’s largest city, Virginia Beach was named among the top 10 best run cities in America, violent crime fell in both 2020 and 2021, the city earned its second consecutive perfect score on the Human Rights Campaign’s Municipal Equality Index and he’s in the process of welcoming residents and employees into a brand-new City Hall facility. He is a graduate of the Urban League’s African American Leadership Development Program.

Stephanie Gorham

Stephanie Gorham, who has 20 years’ experience with nonprofits, is CEO of Volunteer Hampton Roads. The Chesapeake resident has served on nonprofit boards since 2009, currently serving on the boards of Hampton Roads Workforce Council, Southeastern Virginia Voluntary Organizations Active in Disaster and Healthier757. She is a 2019 graduate of CIVIC Leadership Institute.

Andria McClellan, a Norfolk City Council member since 2016, is the chair of the Hampton Roads Planning District Commission and of the Transportation District Commission of Hampton Roads. She is helping the region expand its access to high speed internet as vice chair of the Southside Network Authority, the region’s broadband ring initiative. She co-chaired the mayor’s commission that developed a climate action plan. She serves on the boards of CIVIC Leadership Institute, Elizabeth River Trail Foundation, 757 Angels, 757 Accelerate and Sorensen Institute for Political Leadership. McClellan created the annual Engage Norfolk event in 2017, which encourages civic engagement throughout the city and region. She recently announced plans to run for Virginia Senate as a Democrat.

W. Ryan Snow

W. Ryan Snow is an attorney at Crenshaw, Ware & Martin, PLC in Norfolk, where he served as managing partner from 2012 to 2020. He is chairman of the Board of Governors of the Virginia Bar Association. Snow handles high-stakes litigation with a focus on complex business disputes. He successfully argued one of the seminal financial tracing cases in the Virginia Supreme Court and was co-counsel in one of the largest patent trials in Norfolk federal court. He had chaired the board of Norfolk Botanical Garden from 2017 to 2020.
