A Baltimore City police officer has been banned from the city circuit courts because he allegedly used his phone to videotape a witness.Fabien Laronde was in a courtroom hallway when the alleged incident happened on Nov. 30. The witness was in court to testify in a case in which Laronde was the arresting officer.According to the incident report, the witness claimed Laronde threatened him.WBAL-TV 11 News I-Team lead investigative reporter Jayne Miller was standing next to the witness when the alleged filming happened.Cameras are not permitted in the courthouses. A Baltimore City police officer has been banned from the city circuit courts because he allegedly used his phone to videotape a witness.
