CHARLOTTE, N.C. – Ric Flair’s daughter is making a name for herself in the wresting world and her stage name pays tribute to her North Carolina hometown.

The Charlotte Observer reported that Ashley Fliehr even has her own action figure and will appear on the cover of an upcoming issue of “Muscle & Fitness.”

The 29-year-old Charlotte woman, known in the ring as “Charlotte,” debuted on “WWE Raw” in July 2015. By the end of September she’d won the title.

“I’m not 21 anymore and I’ve got a good head on my shoulders,” she told the Observer. “I’m on cloud nine. I want to be the female Rock. Honestly I can’t believe I’m here today. Where I’m going to be in three years, I’m sure I’ll be blown away.”

Fliehr previously worked as a personal trainer in the Charlotte neighborhood of Ballantyne.

On Sunday, she’ll compete as the current Divas champion at WWE’s Live Holiday Tour at Time Warner Cable Arena in Charlotte.
