This isn’t one of my better pictures by far. But, it is an inexpensive one-pot meal, which are definitely my go-to thing for a busy night. Here I took a recipe that I’ve been making for years, tweaked it a little bit, and made it in one pot. Here’s how I made it.
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 32 oz beef stock
- 1 lb pasta
- 10.5 oz cream of onion soup
- garlic powder
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Brown the ground beef in a large skillet.
Add beef broth.
Add pasta and stir well.
Bring pasta to a boil.
Add the condensed cream of onion soup and the garlic powder and stir well.
Heat for about 5 minutes, stirring often.
Serve immediately with salt and pepper to taste.
