Eggs contain many different kinds of proteins and several vitamins that can help improve your skin’s appearance. Want to firm up your skin and minimize your pores — the simple egg is the secret . Of course, the egg is not the only star facial ingredient. Avocado contains vitamins A, D and E and softens skin. Here are six different ways to use eggs in your beauty regime, so choose the ones that work best for you.

Egg Facial for Oily or Acne Prone Skin

Egg white and lemon face mask

This is a great remedy for oily skin. Beat an egg white till it starts becoming frothy. Add the juice of 1/2 a lemon. Apply on face for 15 minutes and rinse with warm water.

Egg white, lemon, honey and avocado face mask

Mix  ¼ of a ripened Avocado,  1 tablespoon honey, 1 tablespoon lemon juice and 1 egg white. Apply to clean dry skin and leave on for 15 minutes. Rinse with warm water.

Egg and oatmeal mask for tightening the skin

Mix 1/2 cup hot water, 2 tablespoons plain yogurt, 2 tablespoons honey and 1/3 cup oatmeal and 1 egg white. Apply to clean dry face and leave on for 15 minute. Rinse with warm water. Now feel 10 years younger!

 

Egg Facial for Normal to Dry Skin

Simple Egg yolk facial

Wash your face and pat it dry, then apply the yolk of one egg to your skin. Leave on for 10-15 minutes till it is dry and then wash it off with warm water.

Egg yolk and honey facial

If you have dry skin, mix together an egg yolk and a teaspoon of honey. Wash your face and pat dry. Apply face mask and leave on for 10-15 minutes. Rinse with warm water.

Egg white, milk, honey and avocado facial

Mix 1/4 of an avocado, 1/2 tablespoon honey, 1/2 tablespoon plan yogurt and 1/2 egg white. Apply to washed dry face and leave on for 10-15 minutes. Rinse with warm water.
