Are there discounts available for purchasing more than one class?

Yes, you can select the course bundle option and save $50 on your registration.

Is my registration/ticket transferrable?

Attendees may transfer their ticket to another team member, as long as the information in Eventbrite and GoToWebinar is updated to match. That way, we can ensure that the certificates are awarded to the appropriate person.

Can I cancel my registration?

Yes, you may cancel your registration through Eventbrite prior to January 12, for a full refund. Cancellations after this date require written notice to university@calltrackingmetrics.com.

Will you be offering additional courses?

We will offer CTMU classes every quarter, and new topics will be added as the product evolves. This is a great way to train new staff members, and refresh your skills by exploring new features and functionality inside CallTrackingMetrics.

Do you award certificates to attendees?

Yes, attendees will receive an official Certificate of Completion for each CTMU class.
