  • There were no fire calls on Friday as of noon.
  • Firefighters were sent at 9 a.m. Thursday to the 400 block of Buck Street for a faulty alarm.
  • Firefighters were sent at 10 a.m. Thursday to the 500 block of Brian Avenue for a carbon monoxide buildup.
  • Firefighters were sent at 3:30 p.m. Thursday to a high-rise apartment building at 130 S. 2nd Street. A cooking turkey set off an alarm.
  • Firefighters were sent at 7:30 p.m. Thursday to the 300 block of Peek Avenue for a malfunctioning alarm.
  • Firefighters were sent at 11 p.m. Thursday to a group home on the first block of Fortune Lane. Stove cleaning set off an alarm.
  • Firefighters were sent at 8:30 a.m. Wednesday to Geissinger Avenue. The motor for a fan overheated.
  • Firefighters were sent at noon Wednesday to the 400 block of West Harrison Avenue for a carbon monoxide alarm.
  • Firefighters were sent at 3:30 p.m. Wednesday to the 1200 block of Cedar Street for the unintentional activation of a smoke alarm.
  • Firefighters were sent at 8 p.m. Wednesday to North 2nd and G streets for a vehicle and pedestrian accident. Services were not needed.
