By entering the #ASAWLC Photo Contest (“Contest”), each entrant accepts the following Official Rules and guarantees that all information is correct and truthful:

How to Enter

Post pictures from LEGISLATIVE CONFERENCE 2024  to X/Twitter with the hashtag #ASAWLC.

This Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, X/Twitter, Facebook, Instagram or any other third party.

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE ODDS OF WINNING. Void where prohibited. Odds of winning depend upon the number of participants and entries submitted.

Submission Period

Entries can be submitted any time before Wednesday, May 15, at 5 PM Eastern Time.

Eligibility

The Contest is open to anesthesia professionals who live in the United States and have reached the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence at the time of entry. ONE entry per person.

Right to Modify Submissions

If, for any reason, ASA determines that a submission does not meet the Official Rules or the Contest is not capable of operating as planned, ASA reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend an entry or the Contest at any time.

Contest Prizes

SWAG gift from ASA.

Judging

All entries must be submitted and received by Wednesday, May 15, at 5 PM Eastern Time. The winner will be chosen via Random.org. All decisions of the judges are final.

Winner Notification

Winner will be chosen by Thursday, May 16, at 1 PM Eastern Time and announced via ASA's X/Twitter property.

Conditions and Rights Granted to ASA

By entering, entrants agree (a) to be bound by these Official Rules; and (b) that the decisions of the judges are final in binding with respect to all matters relating to the Contest.

Entrants also agree that this Contest shall be subjected to and governed by the laws of Illinois, and the forum for any dispute shall be in Cook County, Illinois.  To the extent permitted by law, the right to litigate to seek injunctive relief or to make any other recourse to judicial or any other procedure in case of disputes or claims resulting from or on connection with this Contest are hereby excluded and any entrant expressly waives any and all such rights. Certain restrictions may apply. Failure by ASA to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.

Limitation of Liability

ASA assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, or delay in the operation or transmission; communications line failure; theft or destruction of or unauthorized access to Contest entries or entry forms; alteration of entries or entry forms; or any injury or damage to entrants’ or any other persons’ related to or resulting from participation, uploading or downloading of any materials related to in this Contest.

Data Privacy

Entrants agree that the personal data you've supplied, may be processed, shared, and otherwise used for the purposes of the Contest, for any other purpose outlined in these Official Rules and in accordance with ASA’s Privacy Policy available at www.asahq.org.
