Antique Alley and Yard Sale

April 19-21, 2019

  • Every April, the Antique Alley Texas puts on the Antique Alley and Yard Sale that spans across several towns, for 25 miles, from Cleburne to Grandview. Started in 1999, the Antique Alley & Yard Sale is a treasure hunting adventure that involves numerous antique shows and yard sales that are held in farm fields, barns, schools, churches, and nonprofits. Leave room in your luggage to collect all the unique items your heart desires. Whether you want to redecorate your home, restock your antique business, collect classic car parts or you just want to get a head start on Mother’s Day and Father’s Day gifts, look no further than this festival.

Cleburne Shakespeare in the Park

June 7-8, 2019

  • For the fourth year in a row, Cleburne Shakespeare in the Park will be performing the most famous, “Romeo & Juliet” at Winston Patrick McGregor Park. Bring your lawn chair, blanket, and snacks, and settle in for a fun night under the stars. Tickets purchased in advance start at $10 and $15 at the gate. Children and students can enjoy the performance for $5. ~1628 West Henderson Road, Cleburne

Cleburne Wine and Art Festival

September 28, 2019

  • Wine and art go hand in hand at the annual Wine Festival. The popular event, held in downtown Cleburne, features wine from six Texas wineries, arts and crafts, food trucks, stunning art displays, and live entertainment. Wine tastings include a glass and 10 tastings for $25 a person. All contributions will help the local animal shelter. ~302 S. Main Street, Cleburne

Candlewalk Tour of Historic Homes

December 7, 2019

  • Usually held on the first Saturday in December each year, the Candlewalk Tour is a fun way to take in Cleburne around the holidays. This one-of-a-kind tour has been going on for 40 years, taking visitors into historical homes that are decked out from roof to lawn in Christmas decor. Homeowners are more than happy to share their creative decor and renovation ideas with you. Several local businesses also open their doors to ticket holders to participate in special activities, music and exhibits. Purchase your ticket ($12 in advance) at the Layland Museum or from the Cleburne Chamber of Commerce. ~201 N. Caddo Street, Cleburne

Bus Depot Antiques and Marketplace

  • The art deco Bus Depot in downtown Cleburne is home to a variety of antique vendors. On the east side, a magnificent mural done by renowned local artist Stylle Read remembers the building’s past. Inside, more than 35 vendors sell a wide array of goods, including vintage decor, painted furniture, jewelry, and handmade items. Red Horse Antiques
