Ancient Rites Transforming Sports Performance

It’s human nature to push limits and seek to turn the seemingly impossible into reality. People have forever tested the mental and physical limits of being human and innovated to push beyond those boundaries. Why then, in a time of unmatched technological invention, are elite athletes turning to ancient practices to improve performance?
Dr. Andy Walshe, human performance expert at Logitech; TSM founder and CEO Andy Dinh; endurance athlete Rebecca Rusch; and Men’s Health fitness director Ebenezer Samuel will explore how equipment and training can be interwoven to hack human potential. They’ll demonstrate how ancient practices can benefit athletes—esports or traditional—by helping them build courage, creativity and self-awareness; then share ways anyone can improve their performance.
