Moran Insurance Gets Personal with Newest Deal in Vero Beach, Florida

Jacksonville, FL, November 12, 2015 --(PR.com)-- Moran Insurance purchased the assets of Justine Rodgers Signature Insurance LLC, www.signatureinsurancevb.com, an agency located in Vero Beach, Florida. The Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed in a statement announcing the deal.

Justine Rodgers Signature Insurance, located in Vero Beach, specializes in personal and business insurance lines. The agency has been offering insurance solutions in the area since 2005 with a focus on Florida home, auto and business insurance programs.

The deal rounds out the product offerings for Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida based Moran Insurance, www.moranfinancialsolutions.com, said Morgan Moran, President. The company has been a leading employee benefits agency for small to mid-sized companies (with other niche specialties in the large group health insurance marketplace), along with a strong personal and commercial lines presence in Ponte Vedra Beach and Jacksonville, Florida.

Moran Insurance was featured as one of the recipients for the Jacksonville Business Journal’s list of Diversity Awards in 2009 and with this new acquisition will be closing in on the management of $10 million in Florida property and casualty premium.

This is just the latest expansion for Moran Insurance, which has been growing at a steady pace year after year in the Florida marketplace.

The latest deal boosts the Moran Insurance Staff to 15. “The staff and operations in Vero Beach, Florida will remain the same as we continue to grow in the North, Central and South Florida markets,” Moran said.
