Dear BLUE Supporters, We would like to invite you to a lecture, by Professor Daniel Pauly, arguably the world's leading fisheries scientist, and Dr. Dirk Zeller, his collaborator from the Sea Around Us Project at the University of British Columbia. Daniel and Dirk will be presenting the findings of their decade-long project which has revealed the true extent of global fishing and the fact that global fish stocks are declining even more steeply than was thought. This promises to be a fascinating talk. If you would like to attend please let us know ASAP as places are limited. Drinks will be served from 18.15 with the lecture starting promptly at 19.00 followed by a Q & A and time for networking afterwards. Thursday 12th January 2017 Huxley Lecture Theatre, London Zoo, Regent's Park, London NW1 4RY RSVP: poppy@bluemarinefoundation.com If you have any questions at all, please do not hesitate to contact us. Best wishes, The BLUE Team |
