A New Jersey councilwoman was reportedly shot multiple times and killed outside her home in Sayreville, New Jersey, Wednesday night.
Eunice K. Dwumfour was found by police in her vehicle at about 7:30 p.m. and pronounced dead at the scene, according to authorities and reported by the New Jersey Globe. She was just 30 years old.

Dwumfour’s death is being investigated as a homicide, the news outlet said, adding that the 30-year-old woman was elected in 2021 and was a business analyst and part-time EMT.
