Have an overdue bill? You can set up a payment agreement online.
  • Budget billing does not change any past due amount.
  • If you already have a payment agreement, signing up for budget billing will not change the payment agreement’s monthly installment. It will simply offer more predictability to your monthly payments to help you pay off your balance

If you haven’t lived at your home for at least 6 months, call us at 1-800-342-5775 so we can calculate a budget amount for you.

The 12th bill settles your Budget Billing year. We will bill you for your actual electric use that month, plus or minus any difference from the previous 11 months. If you overpaid, we'll refund that on your next bill. If you underpaid, we’ll spread out the amount due over time.
