Bring It On Stars Taylor Louderman and Ryann Redmond to Reunite in New Musical Gigantic

Bring It On stars Taylor Louderman and Ryann Redmond will reunite in the Vineyard Theatre's upcoming production of the new musical Gigantic. The production runs from November 11-December 20 at the Acorn Theatre at Theatre Row.

Along with Louderman and Redmond, the production will also star Leslie Kritzer (Piece of My Heart), Burke Moses (Beauty and the Beast), Andrew Durand (War Horse), Jennifer Geller (the national tour of Bring It On), Katie Ladner (Heathers the Musical), Jared Loftin, Bonnie Milligan (Kinky Boots), Larry Owens, Cole Ragsdale, MiMi Scardulla, Nyla Watson, Kalyn West, and Max Wilcox (Glee).

Gigantic will feature set design by Timothy R. Mackabee, costume design by Gregory Gale, lighting design by Jeff Croiter, sound design by John Shivers and David Patridge, music supervision, arrangements and orchestrations by Dominick Amendum, and musical direction by Aaron Jodoin.

Gigantic will be directed by Scott Schwartz. The musical features a book by Randy Blair and Tim Drucker, lyrics by Randy Blair, music by Matt roi Berger, and choreography by Chase Brock. The plot follows the experiences of misfit teens who have been sent to Camp Overton, the No. 3 weight-loss camp in outhern Pennsylvania. An earlier version of Gigantic was presented in development at the New York Musical Theatre Festival in 2009 with the title Fat Camp, where it received the "Best of Fest Award."
