Thanks for Avatrade!

I'm really happy to got my Avatrade account as soon as possible. The platform is so user friendly I can use it in Meta Trader 5 as well as Avatrade app which is really cool, and of course the customer service was really helpful as well and made my day thanks.

Untrustworthy with crypto

I used this company for a year and all fine until on one occasion they decided that fraud had gone on , on a crypto and refused to let me cash out. Until my position was reversed to a loss! Odd how they’ve never refunded a loss. Only a gain gets refused.

Ava Trade is the best flat form for Broker

Ava Trade is the best flat form for trading ( BROKER)! I was amazed of their flatform,friendly user and spoon-fed you with their analyst views etc etc (The newbies and Professional trader can both benefit it)I am bit skeptical at first on forex and stocks trading but if you are on AvaTrade .you will not get lost,I highly recommend it!

TRADING FOREX WITH AVATRADE

To me avatrade has a very nice user friendly platform. The customer care is fast and very responsive. The avatrade platform has ultra low spreads and beginner friendly leverages.

My experience so far with AvaTrade

I have used other brokers along with AvaTrade. Ava is now the only broker I would use and recommend to others. Over the years they have been consistent with my accounts. They even call you to check in from time to time (no other broker has done that in my experience.) Now we're in a world with numerous shady brokerage sites showing up and disappearing daily. I've had my accounts with AvaTrade for a few years now and I've never had to worry.

Consistent and reliable in my opinion.

Kindness if the support staff

My experience was great, just my first day signing up. And I have learnt a whole lot even about trading. The support staff from the company called immediately, notified me via email and whatsapp and he guided me PERSONALLY with a whole lot of issues that i had. THIS also took his time and call to clearify me on multiple levels. I am so very greatful.

Trust is earned

Trust is earned, and Ava keeps delivering.
Now offering lowered spreads, abundant trading products, reliable pricing, stable, no tricks. Every service has been tested.. this is top 5 broker of all time.
Slightly high swap rates, gap fills are not on traders favor so be sure to move stops or limits on weekends or end of contracts.

I used the demo account just to…

I used the demo account just to familiarize myself with the platform and see how the experience would be. The experience turned out to be good. Because of this, I'm about to start trading in my real account. If the deposit and withdrawal are fast without stress, my 5-star rating remains, else it drops to 3 or 4 stars. But all the same, good job guys.

I had pros and cons with my account…

I had pros and cons with my account opening. Alev Nazli was really helpful and responsive to help me open my account.
It took over a month to get my account verified because I am new in Canada and had to wait for my first bank statement and utility bill with my address.
After my account was verified it was quick and easy to deposit funds and start trading immediately.

Bad broker they didnt give me my profit and my capital her in dubai

I had account and i make 800% profit I was removed from the application. I tried to contact customer service, but there was no response. A message appeared to me that the password was incorrect. I changed the password and could not log in to my account. They contacted me after a week, and then the matter was explained to me that someone summoned me to open an account with them and took a commission of $700 for this matter. They have not given me my capital or profits yet

Avatrade customer service and IB department are both amazing! Mrs. Pelin Yener helped me a lot. Secondly, there is no slippage, execution speed is fastest and also deposit was way easy. I haven't withdrawn yet but I have no doubt!

Amazing Forex options platform

I have been trading Ava options for last 6 months or so and I would say one of the most amazing forex options platform out there. I trade with Ava canada, deposit and withdrawals very smooth and easy. Only one thing would recommend if Ava can reduce spreads on forex options other then that every penny worth it trading forex options with Ava options..Amazing trading platform...keep it up..thanks
