A Pennsylvania lawmaker is pushing for lower taxes on alcoholic drinks.While touring the Yuengling factory in Schuylkill County this week, Senator Pat Toomey talked about the Craft Beverage Modernization Act.The bill, introduced in the state Senate, would make it easier for craft breweries to do business.It would allow brewers to write-off expenses during aging periods and cut government taxes on beer, wine and distilled spirits.
