Hack for the Community 2022
Volunteer Registration Portal

What is Hack for the Community?

HCA Healthcare, Greater Nashville Technology Council, and Nashville’s technology community are partnering again, with support from Hands On Nashville’s GeekCause, to host Hack for the Community (H4tC) 2022.

Scheduled for April 28-29, 2022 at the Nashville Software School, H4tC is a 36-hour hackathon during which Nashville’s best software developers and visual designers come together to meet the specific technology needs of local nonprofits. Hack projects are built for impact - they help nonprofit organizations redirect time and energy from internal processes so they can focus on what they do best: their mission. From website builds to custom app development, process automation to database reporting and dashboards, Hack for the Community is here to help local organizations with solutions to their most pressing technology challenges.

Details & Timeline

Project details below - choose your skill, review this year's projects, and follow the link to access the registration page. Project Managers and Tech Leads have been working with the nonprofits to define the scope of each project, and set the number of volunteers needed to reach project completion by the end of the Hack.

Please note that you will need to have a volunteer account with Hands On Nashville in order to complete the registration process. If you do not have an account already, you'll be prompted to create one when you click through to the registration page.
