Our investment in the North American start up aims to accelerate our collective mission to eliminate waste from the process of collecting and storing crops. Previously, non-compostable bale wraps would linger on fields, end up in landfills and create dangerous conditions for livestock. Integrating compostible/biodegradable wraps will reduce haulage and disposal costs, eliminate soil contamination potential, minimize water contamination impacts and result in the reduction of approximately 2.5 millon tons of plastic waster per year. We are proud to stand with growers in nourishing our world through investments in companies like Nature's Net Wrap, and we are proud to create a better tomorrow, together.
