Recognise these new luxury flats? Royal Connaught Park in Hertfordshire - used during the filming of the Harry Potter films - has now been converted into lavish real estate.

The location has featured in the Harry Potter series and over 390 other films and TV shows, but has now been adapted into new flats and homes.

The dining hall in the Victorian Gothic building was used as Hogwarts' Great Hall in the first three films of the Harry Potter series, while the tower was used to create Dumbledore's office.

The first 28 homes from the new development have now gone on sale, with prices ranging from £649,000 to £2.8m.

Potter fans can still replicate the experiences of Harry, Ron and Hermione, as the dining hall remains undeveloped and free for use to property owners.

Hot Fuzz, Starter for Ten and Children of Men are among the other movies to have filmed at the park.
