Replacing old bathroom sink
In my basement I have an old sink that has a faucet that sits inside the bowl, attached to the back side. Does anyone know a source for an "economy" replacement faucet. All I see out there are high-end "wall-mount" faucets that cost many times more than I'm looking to spend. Or a source for replacement parts would be good also.

Looks like the brand is Kohler. The problem is that one of the handles won't turn at all. It was a little tough to turn for a while, and now is just stuck fast.
I took apart both knobs. When I did the stuck one a white Teflon (?) cylinder came out, while the other one didn't.
