Market Update – Spring 2018

We were thrown in at the deep end after the Christmas holidays as both sides of the business have had a tremendously busy start to 2018. In February we broke our monthly financial fee record and then shattered that record again in March.

The business has undergone a considerable amount of internal developments during the Spring period, welcoming 3 new members of staff to grow the business as a whole. Henry Hurrell has been promoted to Permanent Consultant for the Venture team, working alongside a new member of the team – Andrew Murkitt. The pair of them focus on roles paying c.£18,000 to £40,000. Shortly afterwards, Kiren Sandhu joined the team as Resource Manager and she now manages candidates for the permanent side of the business. Charlotte Longworth joined at the beginning May working as an Administrator/ Interim Candidate Manager.

In April we held our annual year-start meeting at THE Pig Hotel in Brockenhurst. It was an excellent morning, it featured team-building activities and encompassed reviewing our goals and targets for the financial year ahead with plenty of positive suggestions to action moving forward.

As a company, we have become increasingly more active on our social media sites with the introduction of new sites such as Instagram and YouTube. There will be daily updates including articles, videos, tips and new vacancies across all social mediums – So watch this space!
