With a large collective of over 35 dealers, The Pink Elephant is the perfect vintage destination. Our selection of unique items is constantly changing, and our space is something of a treasure in itself -- three adjoining buildings built from the 30s through the 50s, completely remodeled, and filled wall-to-wall with interesting finds. And while our shop is worth the trip alone, we're surrounded by classic, cool bars and eateries and beautiful walkable streets here in the heart of Mid City to peruse once you've found that hidden treasure you were looking for. Come visit us and wallow in all things vintage.

Lots of stuff/junk...the few items I picked up were WAY overpriced. An old Jack Kramer tennis racquet for $55...ha! Buy those across the country for less than $20. A paint by number for $125...wow. So I stopped picking up items to look...buzzed thru and left. Price things right...not into jabbing the public.

Clearly you've never been in the antiques business. I assure you no one is getting rich! Sorry we're not your people.

This is an adorable antique store with many shops throughout. I could have literally spent all day. There were dolls, clothes, glassware, figurines, etc. literally there is something for everyone. Of there's costume jewelry, toys, I can expound forever and not cover everything. JUST. COME. IN. Shop. Spend your money. Enjoy yourself and your walk down memory lane.

There's always something to discover here, it's a treasure hunt!
We used to shop here before it changed owners. We loved it. The new owners have spruced the place up, added new sellers and awesome new finds.
But they also added some extra $ to the price tags. My only beef is the pricing. Otherwise I'd go 5 stars. The staff is friendly, the shop is fun to browse, and I highly recommend a trip to see what you can find!Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0Business owner information

Thanks for the compliments! Since The Pink Elephant took over 4 years ago, we have entirely renovated all 3 buildings, expanded to 7,000 sq feet, have added over 20 new dealers and are now open 7 days week. Our dealers price competitively but have to make some profit or we all go under. We have ave items in literally every price range, from $2 on up. Thanks for visiting and Come see us again soon!

Beautifully displayed unique period pieces, that seemed to be reasonably priced. Thoroughly enjoyed poking through this location. Cool and funky, shot a bunch of photos that I will post from my phone. Unfortunately, proprietors chatting with one another; no welcome or offers to assist. However, fun to poke around on my own.

The staff are amazing at this antique store. Ensure you have plenty of time to meander through the different nooks and crannies of this well laid out and very clean antique store. Make sure you check out the fun bathroom. Blow the cobwebs out of your wallet because you will for sure to find a treasure that you can't live without.

Like any antique store this place is so OVERPRICED. There is no excuse for the prices other than greed. I have seen antique stores in LA and NY more reasonable.

Well, thanks for the laughs. If anyone thinks we’re getting rich in the antique business, they’ve never been in the antiques business. Junkers do it for the junk. Pure and simple. We buy, then sell and then go buy more. Stuff sits forever, stuff gets broken, stuff gets stolen. We all have bad backs and junked cars! We price to sell just so we can go buy more. Sorry we’re not your people.

LOVE this fun vintage store. It really does have something for everyone. Every time we are in Baton Rouge, we pop in. The majority of the booths are well stocked with amazing items from vintage holiday stuff to unique barware, books or other vintage tchotchkes. We recommend stopping in and checking it out. You will find a darling treasure there.

This place was wonderful. My wife and I really enjoyed it and found a few good deals.
The election of items here is very eclectic. The prices are a little steep but they were willing to move in a couple of them.
We will return.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Angela B.Houston, TX1718774Jun 17, 2018
So bummed, came in here because we had about 20-30 min to spare before our plantation tour. Would have loved to had an hour. I will definitely be back.
Everything was clean, dust free, and easy to see vs crammed together and stacked on top of or leaning against.
We love to tour antique shops searching for unique items as well as to add to our various collections.
They really had a nice variety or the typical but more of the unusual items.
Staff was very friendly. We will definitely plan our next trip through here and allow more time to browse.
Prices seemed reasonable for most things from what I seeHelpful 2Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0Business owner information
