High-Performance Program

The Pickering Baseball Association is proud to partner with the Premier Baseball League of Ontario and the Prospects Baseball Facility to provide a High-Performance Program (HPP) for 14U-18U Pickering Prospects Players.

The PBLO will bring great exposure to Pickering HPP players and provide the best opportunities for them to develop their baseball skills, learn how to set and achieve personal and team goals, and pursue collegiate and professional baseball careers.

The Prospects Baseball Facility is a premier training space that caters to every aspect of High-Performance Program development and is a great setting for the Pickering teams to call home.

Our players will receive:

12-month program consisting of Fall Season with Exhibition or Tournament Games, Winter Training, Spring/Summer Season with the PBLO
Coaching by former Professional and College-Level Players from the Prospects Baseball Facility
Access to the Prospects Baseball Facility for training and access to Hittrax, Rapsodo and VALD Technologies to capture key hitting, pitching and physical strength metrics of each player
Off-Season development at the Prospects Baseball Facility
- Position Specific Training
- Strength and Conditioning
- Throwing program designed for pitchers
Open hours at designated time slots with full access to the gym, batting cages, pitching machines, pitching mounds and plyo wall
Full Uniform package including fall uniform, practice gear and spring/summer uniform
Video/profile creation and promotion via social media, FieldLevel and our extensive network of US and Canadian College coaches
Assistance with college placement from our in-house college recruitment team
Spring Training trip (location to be determined)
US Tournaments in July
