Destin realtors facing battery charges

Deputies arrested two Destin realtors on battery charges after an incident at a bar last week.

According to the Okaloosa County Sheriff's Office arrest reports, Tracy Bari, 47, and her daughter Julia Bari, 24, were asked to leave the bar after "being disrespectful."

The arrest reports say employees had to remove the women but they tried to fight their way back in.

Deputies say when they arrived, the women became aggressive. Deputies say put them in the back of their patrol cars. While doing that, one deputy reported Tracy kicked him.

Deputies say while driving the women to the jail, they told the deputy they were going to "murder" him and his family for arrested them.

Tracy is charged with misdemeanor battery touch or strike and felony resisting an officer with violence. Julia is charged with battery touch or strike and resisting officer obstruct without violence both misdemeanors.
