Marketing & Event Logistics Internship with myTEAM TRIUMPH
Description
myTEAM TRIUMPH is looking for an undergraduate student who is able to work in the Green Bay area as a dedicated, and passionate intern who can go above and beyond with marketing opportunities as well as learn and assist with race related logistics and management. myTEAM TRIUMPH provides opportunities for people of all abilities to participate in endurance events within the community and seeks an intern who can participate in various stages of race planning as well as developing and creating online marketing campaigns.

This intern should be prepared to work in a fast-paced team environment, have a flexible schedule, and the ability to adapt to change.  Upon completion of the internship they will have gained a broad experience in various aspects of non-profits, marketing, and logistics.

Responsibilities
Assist in the creation of social media campaigns related to events and recruitment.
Assist with the assignment and organization of team assignments for events.
Maintains event online pages with important updates and information.
Assist in registering team participants on external event pages for events.
Assist in creation of race day logistics and materials.
Prepare weekly reporting.
Assist in chapter wide communication on event related details.
Work with all members of the Leadership team as needed to accomplish tasks and responsibilities assigned.
Update and maintain statewide database of participant information.
Assist in the planning and marketing campaign of myTEAM TRIUMPH’s fall race event
Assist in preparing material for presentations.
Assist with event Expos and Marketing
Research and assist in development of communication plans.
Assist with training runs and race day opportunities as needed.
Will have opportunity to assist with and exposure to adaptive racing equipment, maintenance, and logistics.


Requirements
myTEAM TRIUMPH is looking for an undergraduate student in the Green Bay area who is majoring in Business, Marketing, Human Services, Logistics, or other related field. This person should have excellent verbal and written communication skills, with extensive knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint (or Keynote), as well as web and social media.  Non-profit experience is a bonus, and will be considered when choosing the best applicant for this internship position.  A successful candidate will be effective at time management and coordinating multiple priorities while maintaining a strong attention to detail.

Additional Details
This is an unpaid internship.  
Flexibility during the daytime hours is ideal.  
Access to a personal computer and transportation is required.
