Social media–savvy yoga teachers already popular on Instagram are embracing a new outlet to give their followers a different kind of snapshot of their daily lives.

Social media app Snapchat (available through iPhone and Android) lets users take 10-second video clips and pictures to share for a 24-hour time period with their followers. These five yogis open up daily, snapping their personal lives through in-the-moment yoga inspiration, puppy cuddles, stunning beach views, and much more.
