THIS is the first picture of Robbie Williams performing at jockey AP (Tony) McCoy’s retirement party in Co Limerick.

And the British superstar is believed to have picked up a cool €1 million for his efforts at Adare Manor.

Williams and his band flew in by private plane into Shannon airport to play at the function thrown for by billionaire JP McManus.

The former Take That star played the previous night in Bulgaria and his last appearance in Ireland was in Dublin’s Aviva stadium in June 2013.

Westlife star Shane Filan also sang at the Adare Manor event.

BBC presenter and former jockey Clare Balding was MC at the hooley, which kicked off at 6pm last Saturday week and lasted until the early hours of the following morning.

Among the 2000 plus guests were Princess Anne and her daughter Zara Philips, Enda Kenny, Bertie Ahern, Mary Harney, Michael Noonan, Charlie McCreevey, Leo Varadkar, Jan O’Sullivan, Francis Fitzgerald, Simon Coveney, Michael Noonan, Willie O’Dea, Michael Martin, Denis O'Brien and Dermot Desmond.

Also there were Brian O'Driscoll and his wife Amy Huberman, Paul O'Connell, Peter Stringer, David Wallace, Jerry Flannery, Bill Cullen and Jackie Lavin, and Nicky Byrne.

A huge number of jockeys and trainers attended with JP’s son Kieran saying a few words, as well as McCoy himself.

McCoy also joined Robbie Williams onstage for an encore of Frank Sinatra’s ‘My Way’.

While champagne, Guinness and fine wine flowed, guests enjoyed a lavish meal, including prime rib of Golden Vale beef and wild Kerry salmon.

British security service MI5 did a sweep of the grounds before the party due to the royals attendance.

Many of the guests later adjourned to McManus's mansion at Kilmallock.
