Cleveland Croatians Help Fund (Sponsored by ACAP)

The coronavirus pandemic has affected members of our Croatian-American community in Cleveland in many ways. The Association of Croatian American Professionals (ACAP) Cleveland has been active in trying to connect and assist our community. We are raising funds to help several of our local families with essentials of food, clothing, and shelter. 

We are very excited to involve our community in our latest efforts. To meet our fundraising goal, it will take a village. Are you able to support our efforts? Any amount you can contribute will make a difference.
