TV Article He-Man 'Masters of the Universe' movie adds 'Thor: Ragnarok' writer Christopher Yost By Will Robinson Published on August 19, 2015 From one muscular male to another: Thor screenwriter Christopher Yost was enlisted to rewrite Sony’s Masters of the Universe, his reps confirmed to EW. In addition to writing Thor: The Dark World and the forthcoming Thor: Ragnarok, Yost is credited with a slew of animated comic-book show writing credits, including Iron Man: Armored Adventures. Masters of the Universe was a 1987 live-action movie with Dolph Lundgren as He-Man and Frank Langella his nemesis, Skeletor. In the Masters of Universe canon, He-Man is the alter-ego of Prince Adam of Eternia. The Lundgren-led version was panned among critics and failed at the box office.
