Dear CCI Family and Friends,
I'm trying to get back into the routine of sending out Weekend Updates to let you know what's going on. But there's so much going on that sometimes I'm late sending them out - or like last week, didn't sent one out at all! Suffice it to say, there's always a LOT going on around CCI! And here's just a little taste!
 Sunday, 10:00AM, SUNDAY WORSHIP - This Sunday I'll be sharing a teaching called "Jesus On Failure" where I'll talk about what happens when we mess up, when we blow it, when we fail so badly we want to give up. Does Jesus give up? You'll have to come Sunday to find out!
Our testimony this week will come from my nephew, Hunter Youngblood, who is going to share what God has done in his life! He's truly got a Beauty FOR Ashes kind of testimony and I know it will bless you!
On top of all that, we're going to have a special song by Darryll Martin that I know will minister to your heart! So come ready to worship with me and the worship team and get ready to be blessed!
 Wednesday, 6:30PM WEDNESDAY NIGHT WORSHIP - This week we're taking a break from our "Emotionally Healthy Relationships" class as I'll be in Ohio attending a pastors' conference. We'll pick back up NEXT week with session 3, but this week Bro. Buddy is going to bring a teaching on the "Philosophy of God Based on Psalm 37." Now THAT sounds interesting!
- As I mentioned above, I'll be in Ohio next week attending the Basics Conference at Parkside Church in Cleveland, Ohio where our very own Nick Spurgeon is a member of the pastoral team. I'm looking forward to the conference, and getting to spend some time with Nick and Ally. If you are in need of pastoral care next week, please contact Bro. Buddy.
