In Sunday’s Gospel, Jesus opens the ears of a deaf man with the command, “Be opened!” Bring the readings home this week by asking yourself and your family what it means to “Be open.” How do we open ourselves to the presence of God each day? How do we open ourselves to those around us so they can see God in us? Proclaim the Good News in your words and deeds, challenging others to “Be open!”
