The atmosphere in The Havana is exactly as a cigar bar should be, relaxing, quiet, with low key music in the background.
Don't change a thing guys!!

Oh no 0Jul 22, 2015Previous reviewOnly my second time here. Both times were pretty early in the day; between 1600-1700; and the place was pretty empty. Whether that's a pro or a con I guess would be up to the individual. I myself prefer it.
The interior is dimly lit with a lot of choices for seating; bar, high bar tables or couches; and a nice lay out of flat screens. The selections of different beers appeared to be close to triple digits. Definitely a plus!!
Also, the beer and wine bar has a neighboring sister cigar bar. Give the place a shot. It's worth it if you're into a low key atmosphere that you can have a conversation in.
As for the music, I think it was absent. I prefer a little peripheral music.
Marco L.North Richland Hills, TX34103Jan 11, 2018Have been coming for years and I always have a great relaxing time here. Bob, Kelly, and Everyone treats us like family. We would even have fundraising events here to support my daughters special needs cheerleading team.
So if you're looking for a great neighborhood place to have a drink after work or on the weekend, you have to give Havana at try. You won't be disappointed.

Great upscale cigar bar. Been to many cigar bars in Cali, across the U.S and they all have their own story & personality but this is one of the nicer ones. Great cigar selection, awesome upscale feel & look, live music & entertainment, card room for a cool cigar social card game, flat screen TV's to watch a sporting event, great selection of drinks including lrg wine selection,craft beers & a knowledgable/helpful staff. Just doesn't fit the typical High Desert lifestyle. Felt more like one I would find in LA, Miami, NYC or a large market area. Great place to entertain clients, hang out with the fellas or take your group after a weekend dinner to grab a stogie, drink & chill.

The staff is so helpful and accommodating. We have had a few large gatherings for special occasions, and they help us with tables & seating arrangements. The quality of beer & wine is great. This place is first class!

It's been another two years and Havana has made huge strides in becoming the best of the desert. Now combined into one wine/beer bar with the cigars, too!
Although seating is a little more cramped with everything in one room, the environment is up scale, fun, classy and warm. The staff is just as friendly as ever.
Weekend live music is quality, and the customers make everyone feel at home. A regular Cheers! It's gotten better, expanded into a new venue, and the continued selection of cigars grows and multiplies.
The new poker room isn't to be missed, complete with dogs playing poker on the wall. The grand piano has a stage of sorts in the front of the room, perfect for live entertainment. There have been more entertainers as of late, including some great young men playing classical piano, a solo guitarist who can mimic all the greats, and Tim the fiddle player.
Members here are getting some great member appreciation nights, in addition to scheduling their own events inside the lounge. I can assure you once you've visited once, shared a cigar and a glass of your favorite malted beverage, you'll have a dozen new friends; a local and classy place in the high desert where "everybody knows your name."
The owners take great pride in the cigar collection, adding ultra premium boutique blends such as Falto, Esteban Carrerra, and Asylum -- bringing the high desert cigars that are even hard to come by across the country. I'd love to see more cigar events with the marcas, but that will come with time.

As a single woman, I love coming here, and think it's the best and safest place to enjoy live music and a glass of my favorite imported ale. The live music on the weekends adds some variety, especially Tim - the only man I've ever seen play "Devil Went Down to Georgia" in person!Feb 25, 2012Previous reviewI have been eagerly waiting for something of this caliber and genre to come to the High Desert, and I am most pleased with the ambience, selection, customer service and location of such a fine establishment.
I visited "Havana" on 2/23 and was pleasantly surprised at the attention to detail in such a large space. Comfortable leather furniture, hardwood floors from wall to wall, and many humidified shelves on two walls (with more to come). Private humidified lockers are available under the humidors.
There is a projection screen for games, a tv over the bar, a case of house brand cigars, and a great leather poker table. I hear a grand piano is coming soon, with live music several nights a week.
There is no wine and beer license yet, but as soon as that fixture is in place, I think I'll be visiting quite often. However, you can bring your own, but you have to finish it there, or leave it to be locked away.
A new Friday and Saturday addition has become live music, which adds an aire of ambience and wonderful laughter to the club. I was totally impressed with the live jazz and chance to sing along with great tunes.

It's beautiful inside they have so many cigars you can choose from and such a great selection of beers. There was even a poker table that looks like you can get a friendly game going!

Not smoking in there at all and they have verity when it comes to cigars, alcohol and finger foods!! Definitely recommend this place.
