Cache is officially supported on Ubuntu 16.04 LTS according to Supported Platforms table.
If you're just starting I recommend using InterSystems IRIS (which is supported on Ubuntu 16.04 LTS and 18.04 LTS among other platforms).

but I haven't access to WRC part!
The only thing than I can download is TRY Cachè for Linux Suse or Red Hat, Windows and Mac; for job, I use only Linux.

Also, there were some images of IRIS Community Edition baked by community members: this one by @Rob Tweed which goes with QEWD package inside. Another was published by @Dmitry Maslennikov, don't remember the post with the link.
To make it work on your laptop you need Docker installed with the version 18+.
