When I decided to give Wonderlust a go, I had absolutely no expectations. I thought that at the very least this would be an easy read. Something to bypass the time. I was in the mood for a rockstar romance and Wonderlust was the go-to read. I have never before read anything from B.L. Wilde. Not a single book of hers. I had no prior experience as to how she tells a tale or even the manner in which she writes.

Honestly, I actually didn't want to read this book. It felt more personal to me than any other book has ever been and I didn't want to break the seal. I've been in contact and/or working with B,L. Wilde for years now. She's a darling, wonderful person. Yet I've never been in a situation where I've actually read any of her work. I really didn't want to read this and not love it. But I knew deep down... I just had to read it. It needed to be read. So... I had a hard time (after procrastinating for some while) actually opening it up on my kindle and get a start on it. After the first two chapters I took stock... "Okay, so far... so good. No actually So far so FREAKING good" I said to myself. I was blindsided at how amazing this book was starting to take shape. But I was still worried. I'd never want to shoot this book down in any way, but I know myself well enough to know that if I didn't love it, I'm not going to say I did. It's just my thing. I don't swing that way at all. So it was tough. The pressure was hectic.

By the end of the 4th chapter - I was a fan. I was hooked so deep I felt as if WONDERLUST was in my blood. I was calling all my people and telling them that it's so "freaking amazing... I'm so proud of this book" ... and that was only after chapter 4. By midway through this novel, I was ready to sign my name in blood. This woman right here... was officially an Alex Groupie and Natasha's BFF.

To say I loved the female character is putting it mildly. I A-Freaking-Dored-Her! She was real. She was us. She is me and she is you. She has insecurities, obstacles. decisions she just can't seem to make... she's a living character. A real one. I love her humor. I loved her attitude. I'm in love with Natasha! lol

Alex on the other hand... he took a while to get me in his fold. I watched him from the sidelines for a while. hmmmmm'ed and hhaaaaa'ed.... then suddenly, I fell in love. And Deeply so.

The two of them together? My year was done! Perfect and done.

Both Alex and Natasha are very strong characters. They've been moulded into perfect life-like fictional characters. I've not experience something like this in months... if not years. Sometimes I adore one of the characters, but the other grates on my nerves... there is seldom a time I simply love the two without finding any fault.

The blurb to Wonderlust sums up the way it's going to go within this book so I don't feel I need to clarify it any further. I don't want to accidentally mention something that may spoil it all for you. The best way to read this novel is to go into it blindly... not knowing what to expect. That way you can fully experience Wonderlust without any expectations.

Without even realizing it until I got to the end and had a moment to reflect.... Wonderlust became my favorite Adult Romance Read for 2015. I've read it twice since the first time... so yes, I've already read it three times now. I'll probably read it again next week. The characters haunt my mind and I keep coming back to certain parts in the book and reread it.

What it was about this book is that it was unique. The Genre and Theme may not be, but the character interactions and even their backstories, insecurities, moods and thoughts... this book isn't written in a way that you have to sit back and wonder what the heck just happened? It's an easy read with a whole lot of heat. A huge amount of sexy-ness and overall it's simply an awesome read. I'm devastated that I have to wait for the second book.... I emailed B.L. Wilde and told her I simply need the second like right this very second. Her response.... She can't wait to get into writing it... AHHHHH.... so it's going to be a bit of a wait
:( Which I'm miffed about but all good things are worth the wait.

Wonderlust is a brilliantly written love story, full of wonder and lust. It's definitely my book of the year so far and I'm so crazy happy I took the plunge and read it. :)

4-4.5 stars.
I really liked this one. This is story about Nat and Alex the rock star. Nat have been his fan since she was teenager and now she's working for him as his PA. Their first meeting was pretty great but she still got the job. Nat was great heroine and Alex was pretty typical rock star but I liked him too. But I fell in love with Diego. Hopefully we will get more of Nat and Alex.

Ego anyone??

I really enjoyed this book. Loved the supporting characters....Alex not so much at first. He did finally have some redeeming qualities. Straight Lace....not sure about either. She was really hooked on her former boss. Even though she was hooked on her former boss of 4 years I felt like she needed more backbone. She held off longer than I thought she would though with Alex.
Liked the storyline. Can't wait to see how it unfolds in the next book.
I recommend this book.

**DEBBIE'S 4.5 STAR REVIEW**

A fantastic start to a new series by Author B.L. Wilde. This book had me sitting at the edge of my seat a few times waiting to see how things were going to play out. I can’t wait for the next book in this series because I think it is going to be a rollercoaster ride full of emotion and heartache.

This is the story of Natasha White. She was working for Flavour Records for six years and had an on again off again sexual relationship with her boss David. She ended the relationship once he got engaged to another woman. Natasha wound up getting herself a job at Rock Records and became the PA for Alex Harbour, sex god and rock star. This job was her dream job and a chance of a lifetime; but could she work for the jerk of a rock star that she had a crush on ever since she was a teenager? Could she control herself and not get personal with him? Is David going to just let her walk away without a fight? Those are the things you are going to have to read to find out.

Let me start off by saying that Alex came off as a real jerk. He thought he was a sex god and no one could resist him. There were many times I would have liked to smack him upside the head with my kindle for the heartless and cruel things he did. Let me tell you he had his work cut out for him with Natasha. She didn’t take any of his crap and I loved how she called him out and put him in line.

“Christ, the man was sexy! He was a walking orgasm.”

“He was still a total douchebag, though, even if he was blessed with an impressive tool.”

I loved how the author built this relationship slowly. You got to see things grow gradually and nothing seemed rushed. The relationship between them felt believable and real. I loved the secondary characters in this story, especially Alex’s closet friend and stylist Diego. Diego was another one that didn’t let Alex get away with anything and kept him grounded.

The story flowed at the perfect pace and loved how the author didn’t fill the pages with fluff. I am counting the days for the second book because I want to know what is going to happen next.

5 Stars!

Bloody brilliant! This author made me fall in love with her Seduction series and now she is a back with a HOT new rocker series that is sure to make your kindle steam and panties wet. This book should totally come with a hot rocker warning. She made me fall in love, swoon, get the feels, and most importantly she had me begging for more when the book was over.

This book was effing amazing. I loved every piece of it. Once I started this book, Natasha and Alex captivated me, taking me on the ride of my life. This book was sexy, sweet, fun, laugh out loud, intense, edgy, passionate, and had quite a few twists and turns along the way. This does have a soft landing for an ending. But I can promise you that their story is not close to being over.

This is Natasha and Alex's story. Natasha is desperate for a change. The man she loves is engaged and only wants a side fling so when a new job arises, she jumps at the chance. Working for Alex, her childhood crush, couldn't be that hard... could it? He pushes her buttons and makes her body come to life. She has sworn he won't get in her panties and she is determined. She is in for the ride of her life.

Alex is a ticking time bomb. He is arrogant, cocky, and a total man whore. He is also an addict but let me tell you... Alex is deep and he has some deep secrets. Alex is also complex and passionate. But one thing he knows for sure... he wants Natasha. She makes him want to be a better person. And just when he starts to turn the corner, obstacles get in the path of him finding happiness.

I loved these two together. They were so hot and cold at times. The sexual tension was suffocating when they were near. I loved watching Alex slowly break down and admit his feelings. It was amazing watching him fall. I also loved Natasha. The girl was strong and could hold her own. I cannot wait for the next chapter in their story because it is sure to be epic as we go on tour!

I highly recommend this book!

This is a cliff hanger, so if you get hung up on that, stop now. Me I enjoyed that, because now there is more to look forward too.
Nat is going to be the new PA for Alex Harbour, former rock god of Steel Rose. She has her hands full with this one. Alex is a mess. He was once riding the high of music, now he’s riding the high of alcohol and drugs. Nat quickly puts Alex in his place and reminds him about the rules, she is working for him, not a groupie. But can she manage to keep her hands off him? And what about him? Alex see’s something he likes and he’s not going to back down. Can they keep it just work or will guitar strings get pulled along the way? By the end of the book, he finally gets his head out of his butt and realizes that he needs Nat. But can he win her back?
This is a good quick book. Alex really was a dick most of the time. We don’t really learn much about him other than he is a druggie, has issues, and is insecure. I didn’t want to like him, but somehow BL Wilde made me care about him. I’m not sure how she snuck that in, but she did. I felt bad for him!! Even with everything, my heart still ached for him.

Cliffnotes version: Natasha takes a job with the rock star (Alex) she’s had a crush on since she was 12 in order to get way from the boss she’s in love with. Sexual tension between Nat and Alex is palpable. Drama ensues. Happily ever after.

Admittedly I don’t read much erotic fiction because I assume the language to be too flowery and the plot to be non-existent. This novel both confirmed and blew away my expectations of how to present a story that specifically about sex.

Natasha is the first person protagonist who doesn’t pull any punches about her insecurities and desires. I adored the way she fought back and held her job equally to her relationships (despite the drama that made her leave her first job) but after a while, her insecurities and inability to communicate her feelings overshadowed my admiration. The same plot device was used over and over again with this character: she assumed the worst and instead of confronting someone or even thinking “this has happened before”, she jumped to conclusions and ran away. When the majority of the conflict revolves around a character who can’t handle adult confrontation (and it doesn’t get resolved), I worry.

Alex seemed to have a similar problem where I loved how crass and open he was but it quickly became a nuisance when his mood swings where only partially explained and rarely resolved. I got a “boys will be boys” vibe any time a character explained Alex’s actions which, while accurate, is annoying beyond all recognition.

In terms of the language used by our protagonist, it was blunt and emotion-based which I loved but it was very repetitive. The author used the same words and phrases consistently which became more of an annoyance than an endearment.

I find I didn’t make a lot of Random Notes While Reading because they were all the same reactions.

· Clever way to introduce the character. Action-based and makes sense
· I didn’t think they could talk about ethnicity in interviews
· You’re not pulling any punches but you’re glossing over the good parts (after note: I mean his dick)
· Mmm…that could have been a smoother transition
· Those damn Irish boys
· I’m debating where or not I love the repetitive language
· A bit of an overreaction but I get it. Dramatic tension
· I actually love how open she is about her physical attraction to him
· That sounded so wistful in my mind. Hilarious
· Ugh *rolls eyes*
· Hot? Yes. Dirty? Totally. Crass? But I liked it. This isn’t a full on love story
· Oh Diego, you walking gay ken doll
· Her indecisive insecurity is getting old
· I smell a recycled plot…
· Aw
· Aw…
· Please don’t name her vagina. It’s bad enough you named his dick

I think I actually loved the few sex scenes we got to see. I just wanted more – this is an erotic romance after all – but their connection with and without sex seemed genuine so I wish the author hadn’t made that decision with Natasha. This story had the potential to be sweet, hot, and shocking and it just brushed the surface.

Title: Wonderlust
Author: B.L. Wilde
Genre: Erotic Romance
Rating: 3.5 ♥‘s

♥Reviewed for My Family's Heart♥

The best part about this entire book, was the lack of sugar-coating. B.L. Wilde’s characters are exposed in all of their tragic, messed up, jealous, lying, cheating, short-fused, sarcastic, drug and alcohol abusing glory. If you want a book about fantasy, this is not it. If you want a book guaranteed to irk, delight and surprise you with raw edges and realism, then hop right in!

Wonderlust is truly a character driven plot, complete with awesome sub-characters. The tumultuous mood swings were a little daunting at times, but I couldn’t stop reading. I appreciated having to work for the slow, awkward growth that some of the characters went through, rather than just being handed a cookie-cutter Hero and Heroine. I would’ve liked to have seen more of that growth from the main character, herself, especially regarding her habit of running away from her problems. I felt she could be immaturely short-tempered and unaccountably dishonest, though I never stopped rooting for her. She’s otherwise a strong woman with heart, who doesn’t sacrifice who she is against some pretty tough obstacles, and that was admirable.

Natasha White is trying to distance herself from a four-year fling with her boss, David, when he chooses to get engaged to someone else. Taking on the position of Alex Harbour’s new Personal Assistant has her fleeing London for sunny L.A. The problem? She’s had a crush on the former front man of Steel Roses since she was twelve and in less than ten seconds, he brings all of her adolescent daydreams crashing to the ground by being the epitome of the entitled, egotistical, womanizing Rock Star.

Alex Harbour has scars so deep, some of them aren’t even revealed in the book. He’s gorgeous, addicted, arrogant and far from charming. Yet, underneath all the trappings of Rock Stardom that he uses as a shield, is a man desperate for more than what life has been throwing his way. He needs someone to tell him no, to give him boundaries and give back just as good as he dishes out – on every level. The problem? He’s been safeguarding his heart for so long, he has no clue how to win a woman over without falling back on his depraved, wickedly destructive ways.

It’s simply best to accept right now, that you’re going to love Alex Harbour, even when you hate him. You’re going to experience emotions most romance novels never cover, like disgust, disappointment, a new-found, really strong dislike for supermodels, and gob-smacking “WHY DID YOU DO THAT?!” moments. Final thoughts: I hope some of the things left unfinished here find closure in the coming books, because if the rest of Steel Roses is anything like Alex Harbour, I think I’m in danger of becoming a groupie. ♥

Natasha been dating her boss David Barclay on and off for the past four years when he suddenly announces his engagement to another woman Natasha decides its time for change she leaves her job and her boss for pastures new.Natasha goes for an interview as a P A.she has no idea its for rockstar Alex Harbour getting this job means working for her teenage crush and moving away. From their very first meeting they clash and it’s the start of a very stormy working relationship only…or is it?
Alex Harbour jaded rockstar, manwhore and recovering addict he had it all but threw it all away, hes moody, arrogant, hot headed but he also has a sensitive compassionate caring side that few people get to see till Natasha.Hes determined to bed her,she determined he wont, they have a battle of wills at every turn fighting the rising desire and passion that pours out of them every time they are together.Natasha is good for Alex she makes him want to change, to be a better man,she shows him she cares for him,is interested in him as a person, not just Alex Harbour rockstar, she wont bow to his every whim, she challenged him, pushed him and that in turn makes him want her more. When they finally cant deny the roaring passion between them its hot!!they two are steamy every chance they get.He starts to feel things for Natasha, shes already in too deep, but things don’t go easy for them,ex’s,groupies, misunderstandings and drama all threaten to to keep them apart .Will they finally open up to each other and be together?
I loved this book I read it in a day once I started I literally couldn’t put it down.I loved both characters from the start Natasha was a fantastic, strong character.Alex yeah he was a tad over bearing at the start but you cant help but love him…I did. There were secondary characters too I just loved Mary,Diego and Shane they were all an important part of Alex’s life. There were some drama filled moments, but also a lot of laugh out loud moments the banter that Alex and Nat has was fantastic and funny and I loved every moment of this brilliant book this was my first read by this author but it definitely wont be the last!!! It does end on a cliffy sort off I look forward to the next book in this new series!

Wow, where do I start? I loved this book. Once I hit about 30%, I read the rest of the book in one sitting!!

This story centers around Natasha White, who is in a PA job and in love with her boss, who is engaged to someone else. She is 'almost' hand-selected to take a job as the PA for Alex Harbour, the front man for the now broken up Steel Roses. Of course, Alex has been her idol since she was a teenager so this is a dream come true for her. I fell in love with Nat, who is confident, funny and seemingly the only woman who can give crap back to Alex.

And while I am a rock star book groupie, it took me awhile to fall in love with Alex. He was super cocky, very confident and kind of an all-around jerk!

"Why didn't you give her Milly's old suite? You've given her the smallest room in the house." It sounded like Diego talking. "She has to earn her keep before she gets anything from me." Alex slurred a little. He sounded drunk. "I'll break her, she'll be in my bed before the end of the three month trial, then I can send her packing with a broken heart."

But as the story progressed and we see who he really is, you just can't help but start to warm up to him. And by the end of the story, I was beaming!

The secondary characters were great also. Loved Shane and Diego, hated others! But I always love a story that has a villian so to speak.

"I've never bought a suit with a man before." "That's what the sale assistants are for. I'll just need your opinion whether I look good or not." Was he serious? He'd look good in a paper bag! "Can you do that? I know that means you'd have to give me a compliment if it's warranted." "I'll do it just this once, but don't think for one second that I'm going to make a habit of it."

I would highly recommend this book, especially if you love hot, sexy rock stars! This will really fit the bill and make you glad you picked it up. I cannot wait for the continuation of this story!!

I was gifted a copy in exchange for my honest review. And I'm so happy I was!!

I must admit I'm a sucker when it comes to rock star stories, so when I was offered the chance to review this book I jumped at it, and I'm so glad I did cause it was everything I'd hoped and more.

We meet Natasha White, a PA who'd fallen in love with her boss. Big mistake! So Natasha needed a fresh start, she had an interview for a rival music company which would give her the escape she needed.

Little did she know that she'd become the next PA for a sexy, wild rock star by the name of Alex Harbour, she's only had a crush on him since she was 12 years old. But that doesn't mean she's going to fall for his tricks. Dream job? or a disaster waiting to happen?

I love that Natasha is a smart, strong, kickass chick. She's not afraid to speak her mind and stand up for what she believes in. She's pure awesomeness! ^_^

Alex is your typical rock star, all sex, booze and drugs. A complete and utter asshole, but underneath all that is a sensitive guy waiting for the right time to show himself. Even though he can make you mad with his rudeness, you can't help but be sucked in by his charm. Alex is seriously delectable!

B.L. Wilde has written a flawlessly addictive story with such captivating and lovable characters. From the first chapter I was drawn in and became hooked. Like the title, I was completely in Wonderlust (will have to read the book to find out it's meaning ^_^). I managed to finish this book in one day and for me, that's quite an achievement. This story will bring out the feels, I felt angry at times, sad at others, swoony and lustful also, and I did laugh quite a bit.

I cannot wait for the second book!!

I recommend this story to those that love reading about rock stars or just want something fun and full of emotion. This story rocked my world!!! ^_^

The moment I get the email from B.L. Wilde that says “are you up for reading a little something” I tend to do a little dance. The answer is always “YES!!!!” I absolutely adore the writing style and characters that Ms. Wilde gives us in every story. My love of her other characters runs deep so I was a little worried how I would connect with Alex and Natasha. As always, I should simply trust B.L. Wilde.

Natasha White needs a change. Well, quite frankly, she needs more than a change. She needs to flip her world upside down and never look back. Of course, Natasha never expected that said flipping would come in the form of her childhood crush, Alex Harbour.

Alex Harbour is … well, he’s a mess. Riding the coattails of his glory days with Steel Roses, Alex is living the ultimate rock star life. Living high in the Hollywood Hills, surrounded by women that don’t question throwing themselves at him, Alex isn’t used to hearing “no.” Enter Natasha White. A woman that has crushed on this rock star most of her life yet stubborn enough to not let him get to her. That is, until he does.

I loved watching both Natasha and Alex as individuals. Both of these characters are at a point in their lives that decisions must be made, choices become evident and life as they know it is forever changed. I love the way B.L. Wilde manages to draw you into each character individually so that you are rooting for them to find their happiness and you almost don’t mind if that happiness isn’t in the form of the other person. Almost.

Beyond hot sex scenes, sincere true life moments and just enough angst to keep you on your toes Wonderlust is a 5 star read and what I am sure will be a phenomenal series.

What a refreshing read! I've been in somewhat of a book slump lately and could not get into anything until I picked up this book. I was hooked from the start.

The writing was spot on and the story was very entertaining. The character development was awesome. I started out unsure of some characters but over the course of the book I changed my mind and it wasn’t even the main characters. There were so many great characters but let's start with the rockstar himself, Alex. Alex, oh, Alex.... I hated Alex from the start... okay, I wanted to hate the cocky S.O.B. but found myself drawn to him and his "charming" ways. He was an arrogant, selfish, and a troubled man. It was hard to like him or even relate to him in the beginning (I did mention the rockstar thing, right?) but honestly by the end of the book I was in "wonderlust". Alex had many demons he had to deal with, and as a man of his status, he could have anything he wanted. One of the things he wanted was Natasha but she was not having it. She was feisty and full of sass! Nat was easily liked and you just felt for her and felt every emotion she had. I loved how she gave it right back to Alex whenever he gave her crap. She was a strong character with a backbone but had such a soft side and she managed to have a connection to Alex’s closest friends (or people he relied upon) such as Diego and Shane. I want to be besties with Diego!!! Oh, how I loved Diego!

Okay, so read this book already! It’s great! And I can’t wait for more. There was no cliffy (yay) but you will want to continue the series! Cant wait for the next book!

I usually don't go for the rock star romances to often. I am not sure why but sometimes they just don't do it for me. I like my romances somewhat realistic. I mean what are the chances of me meeting a hottie rock star? But that is what makes reading fun I suppose-living in a world (temporarily) where anything goes. Wonderlust definitely hit that sweet spot for me. It had a great balance of angst/character development and most importantly hot sex. The book follows Natasha as she decides to change her job from one record company to another in hopes of running away from a failed relationship. What she does not except is to be working with the hot rock god Alex and be his PA. The relationship does not go off very smoothly and I sort of have hate feelings for Mr. rock god. As the book goes along things between the two become civil and eventually turn romantic but then things turn and the romance and fairy tale may just be over. I liked Natasha's character because she stood up to Alex and stood by her decisions. Although towards the end I wanted to knock some sense into her. Thinking this was just a standalone I was excited to see a to be continued... at the end. Wonderlust does not have a cliffhanger there is just more to the story that needs to be told especially about Alex and his former bad self. If you like the Rock Gods then pick this one up. You wont regret it.

I received and ARC of this book in exchange for an honest review.

Natasha White has worked for David Barclay in London for four years and been having a on again off again sex only relationship. Now that he was engaged it was time to move on and get over the heartache. What better way then to take a job in LA. The only bad part is the job is as a PA to Alex Harbour, a rock star Natasha has had a crush on since her teens. She will do her job and that is all. Alex gives true meaning to sex, drugs and Rock & Roll. He is used to getting anything and everything he wants including women. When Natasha shoots him down constantly and acts like she doesn't even like him, he is even more determined to get her in his bed.

I loved this book. Loved the characters, the storyline. Natasha had no problem busting Alex's balls. She was determined to never let him know how bad she crushed on him. Alex, seriously what can you say about him, arrogant, womanizer and thinks he is a god. But he also down right hot. Enjoys playing games with people and so used to getting his own way it really throws him off when he is turned down. Wonderful cast of characters, Diego the cross dressing flamboyant best friend really makes the story. I love his attitude. The book is left open at the end for the story to continue.

Rockstar romances usually tick me off because HELLO EGO!!! but I liked this one!! YAY!

Also, have you seen that cover model? Daaaaaaayyyyyum.

Alex is your typical rock star with too much ego and too many woman and not enough sense to say no to them. Natasha is his new personal assistant and doesn't take any crap from him. Thank the baby jesus for characters who aren't doormats. :) She is so real that it could've been me in her position. Not really, but you know what I mean......

I really liked this book, to the point that I would read it again and that is only saved for my most favorite books. My only gripe is that the ending felt weird and rushed. I hope there will be another follow up book to this one, even if it's for another character so we can see the continuation of Alex and Natasha.

This is one of those books where you'll want to clear your schedule to read it because once you get started you will not want to put it down. I got so sucked into the story that I read it in one sitting.

Alex was such an arrogant jerk in the beginning. I wanted to smack him a couple times. I really wanted to see him put in his place or at least make him realize what a jerk he was being and take the time to make it right. As I got to know him more, it was hard not to like him, even if he did act like a spoiled brat sometimes. He's at a crossroads in his life and is feeling a little lost.

Oh to be Natasha. She's had a crush on Alex, as lead singer of Steel Roses, since she was a teen. Now, she has the opportunity to work up close and personal with him. Who wouldn't want to be in her shoes? At least she didn't get all starry eyed and allow him to walk all over her. No, she hid her crush was strong enough to be able to put him in his place when needed.

I don't feel like their story is over. There are still some things about Alex and Steel Roses we don't know yet. I can't wait to get my hands on the next book to see if we find out more.

This book is written in Natalie's POV. There is no violence. Although there is no cliffhanger ending, however, the story isn't over. It ends by saying "...how bad could it really be? I'd have to wait and see, I guess."

I received a copy of Wonderlust for a blog tour and my honest review.

This was GREAT! of course, I love me a hot rock star!
Natasha needed a change. She was sleeping with her boss and he decided to propose to another woman. Yikes! that's never good.
So she goes to an interview in London, but the job would be based in Los Angeles, and she doesn't even know who it's for...but what the hell...she goes and in doing so she meets her rock star crush, Alex Harbour of the now defunct Steele Roses. And man, is he an ass. He assumes Nat is there to "service" him, so being the hard nose she is, she puts Alex in his place...come to find out, he IS the job. She becomes his personal assistant and takes over his life.
This is my first BL Wilde story and I thought it was great! The writing was super and the characters were so fun, sexy and complex. It takes your sex, drugs and rock n roll and turns it on it's head. Alex has troubles overcoming his addictions, his groupies and Nat. There are times he loves her and times he can't stand her. And there's always David...her ex boss/ex lover and he's wanting her back.
The sexy, the funny, and the series coalesce into a fantastic read that will leave you waiting for the next story!

ARC received for honest review

I loved this book!! For my first read from BL Wilde, I am hooked! I am going back for more books if this how her books are. First off, who doesn’t love a sexy, hot rocker with an attitude and appetite for sex. Throw in a girl who won’t put up with his sh*t and you get Wonderlust. Hot rocker Alex Harbour needs a new PA. Natasha is the perfect person for the job. Leaving London and an ex, she finds out she is working for one of her teenage musical lusts. He isn’t what she expected. She wasn’t what he expected. Both stood their ground and their ways. But everyone around them saw it differently. Now they need to see it differently.

From the gorgeous cover to the storyline, this book was different from other rocker books. I loved the way the chemistry was written between the two characters Alex and Natasha. The story flowed so easily and kept me involved the whole book. I hope there is more of them to come! This is a series I will invest my time in. Add a story of Diego and even better!! Thank you BL Wilde for this great story! I can’t wait to read more from you!

5 star

I was pulled right into this story. The story has laughs, pain, jealousy, secrets, betrayal, drugs, and heartbreak.

This is Natasha and Alex’s story. Natasha is looking for another job. Her boss who she is in love with is marrying someone else. The first time Natasha meets Alex he thinks she is there to get naked with him. She puts him in his place and leaves. After Alex hires her he does whatever he can to get her in bed. But she is determined to stay out of his bed. After they spend time together and Alex seems changed to they enter a secret relationship. Only for her old boss to keep popping up and trying to get her back. Will one phone call end it all? What happens when someone over hears something they think they know about? Will the events that take place after that call ruins everything and end up hurting all those involved? Will Natasha have to start all over after being shattered? Will she ever be whole again?

I was able to connect with the characters and the story was a great read.

I recommend this book.

I was given an ARC for an honest review.

OMG - I loved this book, I couldn't put it down. Absolutely brilliant.

It sucked me in from page one, I loved both Alex and Nat, felt emotions along with them both. Laughed, fanned myself...a lot, and cried. It's not a sad book, but I was so engaged with the characters that I cried, sobbed actually, but I love a book which makes me feel that much!

Nat goes to work for Alex, lead singer of the now disbanded Steel Roses, her teenage crush, as his PA. Their first impressions of each other are not good, in fact, they hate each other. He calls her Straight Lace; and he is the archetypal Rock God, sex drugs, rock and roll, but is there more to Alex. Will they work through their initial hatred or will they kill each other first. Read on...

This is book one in the Steel Roses series and I cannot wait for book two. I will have to read this again soon, it's one of those books; once is just not enough!!!!

I had the pleasure of reading this book before release.

I am completely in awe of Ms Wilde's writing, it captivates me, makes me feel all these different emotions and it makes me want to read more and more.

I loved Nat from the start, she is smart and sassy and the perfect woman to keep Alex Harbour in check. Alex is the usual egotistical rock star, he thinks everyone wants him, and that includes Natasha. Nat has other plans though. Although, Alex was her schoolgirl crush, she isn't about to jump into bed with him the first chance she got. I loved the chase, and the way Alex reacted to Nat's rejections. I loved the relationship between Nat and Diego, he is a great character. Overall, i adore this book, once again, B L Wilde has blown me away with her characters and writing.

I can not wait for book 2 in the Steel Roses series. I need more Alex Harbour <3

From the beginning this books pulls you in and you don't want to let go. From Page 1 I was hooked on this story. The main characters Alex and Nat don't get on at first, but under the surface they have this pull towards each. They denies their feelings for each other until they can't stop their feelings from taking over and become lost in each. It is Sexy, Hot, mind blowing writing from Miss B.L. Wilde. He maybe a rock star, but at heart he is someone who wants to love and not get his heart broken and Nat is the answer to that but she doesn't know if she can trust him with her heart at the same time. If you want an amazing book to sink your teeth into then this is it. Addictive, mind blowing story that will give you a taste of what is to come. Thank you B. X B.L. Wilde

In the beginning of the story, Natasha leaves her job because she fell for her boss, David but David is with another woman. She lands an amazing job as a PA to rock star Alex Harbour. Natasha had a crush on Alex when he was in the band Steel Roses. Now Alex is pursuing his solo career.

Natasha is hired by Gina, Alex's manager. The first time Alex an Natasha meet is super funny, it had me laughing out loud. Alex comes off as a jerk at first. He knows he hot and is really cocky. Natasha is different from the groupies that throw themselves at Alex. Natasha is good for Alex. Just when you think that Natasha and Alex might have a great thing going something happens and causes changes.

The ending wasn't a huge cliffhanger but it left me wanting more.

I received this for an honest review... I have to say WOW!!! Rock star YES PLEASE!!!!

I have to say that I was pulled right into this story and against better judgement fell head over heels in love with Alex and Natalie's story... This is the story of (asshole) and I use that term lightly rocker and his P.A..

For me this story was awesome because unlike most rocker books out there they didn't fall right into bed together. Natalie resists Alex just as long as she possibly can.. I loved the buildup to the hotness that was Alex and Natalie.

For me all around this book was awesome. The author did an amazing job with these characters and this story.. I really hope and wish we get more from them.. As a reader I felt like their story wasn't done so here is hope against hope there will be more of this hot hot couple!!!

Natasha is working in the music industry. Her boss was also her on again off again fling. She was hoping for more bug he becomes engaged and now she realizes it's time to move on. She takes a new job in California as a personal assistant go a big rock star. This is the same rock star she had a major crush on when she was younger.
Alex can get anything and everything he wants at the snap of his fingers. He even tells his band members he will have Natsha in his bed in a week. What hd didn't count on was the fact she overheard him and has now made it her life's mission to turn him down any chance she gets.
what neither one counted on was how much they would rely and care for each other. But what fate has in store for them maybe more than each bargain for. I would recommend this book and look forward to reading more!

As much as I have loved all of Miss Wilde's previous writings, I went into this one with no expectations. Well, despite having no preconceived ideas, she has done it again. Wonderlust is definitely a romance for the adult reader but don't let that fool you, there is so much more than just the hotness levels which are off the chart. Sometimes characters are real but still don't seem like anyone the average person might know, but Natasha and Alex are real. They may not live the life that most of us know but as people they could easily be your next door neighbor and friend. Wonderlust will definitely satisfy your thirst for love, passion, all kinds of hotness, but above all it will satisfy your want for a well written story.

LOVED IT!!
Alex Harbour isn't your usual rock star. He has a drug and alcohol addiction that he's been trying to fight for years.
Natasha becomes Alex'a PA. She was a huge fan of his band Steel Roses when she was younger but they split up years ago and now Alex is a solo artist.
Natasha has always lusted after Alex, but when she meets him she realises what a huge ass-hole he is.
I loved this book. I'm a huge fan of rock star romance's any way so going into this book I was really excited.
It didn't not disappoint.
Natasha isn't a push over. She isn't going to just lie down like every other bimbo and let Alex have his way with her.
Alex is HOT, and really he is a ass hole at the start of the book, but as you read on you start to love him.
5 rocking stars!!!

****A review for a kiss down under book blog****

This book was AMAZING I literally did not put it down until I finished which Ofcourse was just in one day. Let me just start off by saying I feel for Nat.. The girl seems like she just can't catch a break. First there's the ex David who basically makes you hate him so when she's goes to get a new job and you meet her potential new boss you honestly think ... Okay can this girls life take anymore hits? Alex seems like such as ass but you realize there's way more to him than it seems. I would absolutely recommend this book.. I can't wait for the next one!
