Just a week after decommitting from Mississippi State, the three-star defensive tackle from Northview High School in Dothan committed to Louisville.

The 6-foot-3, 275-pound Tillman is rated as the No. 21 prospect in the state according to the 247Sports composite.

"Caleb is very football savvy and has a ton of potential," Northview head coach LaBrian Stewart told AL.com. "His best football is ahead of him. He's very strong and uses his hands well."

Stewart said Tillman was one of the most talented defensive linemen he's ever coached, and that Tillman squats more than 500 pounds. He has room to grow.

"He's a great athlete but more importantly a great kid," Stewart said. "There is no doubt he will play on Sundays."

L.D. Scott was Tillman's primary recruiter.

He's not the only Northview player to commit this week, as kicker Coby Neenan pledged to Georgia Southern on Monday.
