The Town of Gilbert is seeking a skilled professional to fill the position of Management and Budget Analyst within the Budget office.  Management and Budget Analysts lead and participate in management level teams.  They are often expected to operate autonomously, exercise exceptional judgment and discretion, and demonstrate exemplary problem solving skills.  Assignments are strategic and Town-wide in nature, and are often given in the form of a desired outcome; they are expected to determine the manner, process, stakeholders, tools, resources, and timing to achieve the desired outcome.

Requirements for the position include a Bachelor's degree in public administration or a related field, and three years of public administration, budgeting and/or management experience.  Equivalent combinations of education, training, and experience may be considered.  An MPA degree is highly desirable.

Starting pay will be between the beginning and the job rate ($74,682.75) of the posted salary range, DOQ.
