Every Christmas, relatives in Toronto, Ontario CANADA generously send us a gift of our choosing, and the last several Christmases, we've opted for a trio of chocolate covered bananas, strawberries, and apples from Edible Arrangements.
It's something we wouldn't ordinarily buy for ourselves because they're pricy, but they're delicious, an extravagant treat and truly something special.
Christmas of 2022 was quite a shock when I brought home our gift of two boxes (valued at $60) and saw that the strawberries were completely unacceptable in both boxes. They were miniscule and some were not even ripe (see photos).
After the Christmas/New Year's rush, I sent a letter to the Victorville, CA store owner (Tammy Serrano) whose card I had picked up the day I went to get our gifts, and I requested that she refund our relatives 1/3 ($20) the price of the boxes we received or that we be provided with a replacement box of 8 chocolate covered apples or bananas in lieu of the completely unacceptable strawberries.
I received no response whatsoever to my letter. Consequently, in the future we will request See's chocolates from the new store near Jess Ranch instead of taking a chance on Edible Arrangements.

I received old, frozen thawed, molded fruit ... I threw a couple pieces away looking for a good piece however, I never found one worth eating....

My husband placed an order for my daughters birthday to deliver in Helendale on the website. Order was confirmed a few days before her birthday and a status was provided that order was being crafted the day off. That's a lie. It was never crafted or delivered. When I called today after Memorial Holiday on the phone, I was told that they don't deliver to Helendale. I asked for a refund and the lady stated we will get a refund my email. We tried calling so many times the day of and no answer. The day after left a voice mail. No one ever returned our call or email from the website. Order should have not been confirmed if there is no delivery to Helendale.

I ordered at the last minute for Mother's Day, and I get it was a late order, but to simply not fill the order and then get a notice later in the evening saying that it couldn't be filled really leaves me hanging. Again, this is just my view.

There's good service, bad service, and then there's this place where the service was so bad there's no word to define it. An order was placed to be picked up today at 9am. The person who placed and paid for the order put it under my name since I would be picking it up. At 9:45 I arrived and gave my name to pick it up and after much searching, they told me they couldn't find the order. After giving them the name of the person who placed the order it took a while, but they found it and said they had trouble because it hadn't been made yet. (Remember, this is 45 minutes after I was scheduled to pick up) He said they had 600 orders, and could I call in about an hour to see if it was ready.
I was frustrated but given it was the day before Mother's Day I figured they had enough on their plate than to hear me grumble so I politely left. Living across town I drummed up some errands to keep me busy.
An hour later I tried numerous times to get through to see if the order was ready but could not get through, so I went in at 10:45. The man I had spent a substantial amount of time with an hour earlier clearly had no recollection of who I was, or our conversation had ever taken place. I gave him the name of the person who placed the order, since that's how he found it the last time, and he began searching through his paper files for it. He was also helping someone on the phone, putting them on hold multiple times while helping me too. As he struggled finding the order, I reminded him of my name as well. I have no clue, but I doubt he even heard me.
After a few minutes he told the woman his manager was right there with him, and he'd get to her as soon as he can. I'm fascinated that his manager is invisible because I couldn't see anyone else at the counter but him. He then mumbled about helping me and took off into the back for a while.
When he came back to the counter, he picked up the phone to help the woman but not before telling me he had two people in the freezer truck looking for my order. My guess is one of them was the invisible manager as well, as from what I could see of their operation it seemed highly unlikely there were two people looking.
After finishing with the woman on the phone he stepped in the back and asked for help from a woman who I had been watching make fruit flowers very slowly. Based on how she had been acting, I assumed she wasn't even likely an employee, but temporary help they hired for the weekend. She came to the counter and typed away on the computer. She found the order and was very snide when she said it was under my name and told him where to find it. As she glared at me in silence, I told her I wasn't surprised she found it under my name but expected it to be under the other name since that's how he found it before. I don't know if she suddenly had a physical condition, but she continued to stare not at me, but through me, as if I wasn't there. When I said, "I'd like to thank you for your apology," she turned around and went back having never said a word to me, or even acknowledging my existence.
When the man fumbled around and found my order, he placed it on the counter and mumbled, "There," never looking me in the face.
I grabbed my $40, small stack of tasteless fruit and walked out for what I can assure you was the very last time I'll ever set foot in there.
I should mention, I wondered if the name screw up had to do with the order not being ready the first time and it had been sitting there all along. This wasn't the case as the person who placed the order checked and saw they had received a text message at 9:57am telling him the order was ready. This was a few minutes after I had first left and 57 minutes later than scheduled.
I may call Monday and speak with someone but based on other reviews here I don't know if I have the time or energy to waste. Abigail was very helpful and patient with me as I had to cancel my order and redo it. They tried to deliver the order but the recipient was not home. They made sure to deliver the following day. Thank you Rebecca!

Disappointed! I ordered an arrangement for a birthday and it was not delivered. I received a text message at 11:30 am saying it was out for delivery. I called the store at about 2pm to check the status and the woman on the line said there were a couple deliveries before mine. She reassured me that the delivery driver was quick and that the delivery would arrive on time. I called the store again at 4:00 to check on the status and many more deliveries were in front of mine. Unfortunately, it was being delivered to a school so my friend did not receive it.

I ordered a strawberry platter with doves bundled with a flower bouquet to my dear aunt after the loss of her beloved husband. The Strawberry platter was delivered on time, but they failed to deliver the flowers that I paid $40 bucks extra for. I left 3 voice messages Trying to resolve the problem during the holiday weekend . I finally was able to speak to the manager Kelly and she did not resolve the situation to my satisfaction... They have lost my businesses after this bitter experience.
