Support for every user

At DealerPeak we know that if users don’t know how to properly use our system it will fail. It’s as simple as that. That’s why we offer support for all users and work with everyone. This includes Sales Agents, BDC, Call Center, and Service Writers.

Requests and reasoning

Your dealership is unique. As such, you’re going to want specific functionality. We love that our system is so flexible and customizable that we can accommodate a large number of those requests. We tell you upfront if we don’t see a request happening right away, and why, instead of letting false expectations build. We tell you the truth to foster trust and save you time. Keep the ideas coming, we can’t get to all the great ideas, but when the same request comes in from a lot of dealers we know it has validity in the marketplace.

A real person on the phone

We know how frustrating it is to call a company and spend 10 minutes trying to get a real person on the line. That’s why at DealerPeak support a real person always picks up the phone. Our dealers love it! Our team loves it too because we have an opportunity to get to know our dealers and build relationships.

Clear issue resolution process

When you have an issue or a support ticket you need it resolved as quickly as possible. To ensure fast and complete resolution we have a process in place that every team member follows. You can expect an email to be answered within 24 hours, and you will be informed of the action we are taking or the resolution of a support ticket within 48 hours.

No fluff

Our dealers respect that we’re a “no fluff” team. That means we won’t hem and haw, or tell you what you want to hear instead of the truth. Our goal is to help you maximize your system and increase sales opportunities. Honesty and efficiency are the way to get there.

You come first

Your best interest always comes first. That’s why we have daily meetings to review all calls so you don’t have to start from square one with a new person. We are also proactive about checking in with you after a resolution to ensure the system is working correctly, and to offer suggestions for maximizing functionality. We’re committed to working as a team to help you as quickly and easily as possible.
