There’s even a shoe compartment at the bottom. “It’s a stylish, funky bag, and best part: It’s vegan!” she says. “Truly a rocking bag!”

Cooper-Atkins TC6 Multi Function Timer Clock Stopwatch
Timers come in handy when practicing yoga, by keeping you honest and regulating how long you stay in poses. Doane finds them to be excellent teaching and practicing tools. “I’ve found that I never stay as long on the second side of a pose as I do on the first, if I don’t balance it with a timer,” she says. “And Cooper-Atkins’ timer clips onto my shirt or yoga pants, so I can walk around class with it easily.”

Gomacro Protein Bars
Doane finds most protein bars to be bland and dry, but not Gomacro. Their bars are organic, vegan—and delicious. With 12 grams of plant-based protein and no refined sugar, salt, or additives, they’re winners in her book. “My favorite candy as a kid was Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups, but since they’re full of bad ingredients, I don’t eat them any more,” she says. “Gomacro bars are almost like Reese’s, but better!”
